TERMS OF SERVICE AND CONDITIONS OF USE: USER AGREEMENT


1. Acceptance of Terms


Welcome to Vyde Assistant! By accessing or using our customer portal, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our portal or services.


2. Definitions


“Company” refers to Vyde Assistant, its affiliates, and authorized representatives.

“User” refers to the individual or entity accessing and using our portal.

“Services” refers to the virtual assistant services offered by Vyde Assistant.


3. User Accounts


Account Creation: To access the customer portal, users must create an account by providing accurate and complete information.

Account Responsibility: Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for all activities conducted under their account.

Unauthorized Access: Notify Vyde Assistant immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.


4. Scope of Services


Vyde Assistant provides virtual assistant services as outlined in your selected plan. Specific deliverables and scope will be defined in the service agreement. Additional services outside the agreed scope may require additional fees and time.


5. Payment Terms

Users agree to pay all fees associated with their selected plan. Payments are due as outlined in the invoice and/or service agreement.

Late Payments: Failure to pay on time may result in suspension or termination of services.


6. Confidentiality and Data Security

Vyde Assistant agrees to keep all user data confidential and secure.

Users are responsible for securing sensitive information shared via the portal.


7. User Responsibilities

By using the portal, users agree to: Provide accurate and up-to-date information. Use the portal only for lawful purposes. Refrain from sharing login credentials with unauthorized parties.


8. Prohibited Activities

Users must not:

Attempt to access, modify, or disrupt other user accounts. Upload malicious software, code, or harmful content to the portal. Use the portal to engage in fraudulent, unlawful, or abusive behavior.


9. Termination of Access

Vyde Assistant reserves the right to terminate or suspend user access to the portal at its discretion for breach of these terms or misuse of services.

Users may terminate their use of the portal by providing written notice to Vyde Assistant.


10. Limitation of Liability

Vyde Assistant will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the portal or services.

Users agree to indemnify and hold Vyde Assistant harmless against any claims arising from their use of the portal.


11. Changes to Terms of Service

Vyde Assistant reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of the portal constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.


12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Texas. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Texas.
